My Firefox only needed to be included in the exclusions list. Same goes for Explorer. On the other hand, there are newer builds and you may have a point there...
For firefox, there's a few classes that need to be added to exclusions as well.
Explorer probably has extra classes too.

I don't know what version of Firefox you are running, Pete, but I'm using version 30. FF has had a different title bar since version 28, or 29 (I forget). It's actually more like no title bar. So, that may be a factor. bbLeanskin was adding a title bar to it which was covering the menu items. But those window class exclusions worked.
I thought you might like to see a screenshot of Explorer with bbLeanskin. As you can see the titlebar is almost transparent. It's not really a problem on a dark background... but with something like notepad behind it.... not so good But it's not just the title bar. There are other problems too - like those vertical lines on the top right. That's the Leanskin window border being left behind, after resizing the window.
