I was wondering if anybody had run into problems with the Windows System Settings app (found in C:WindowsImmersiveControlPanelSystemSettings.exe). This is the new app that Windows uses to control system preferences, updates, privacy, etc. When using explorer as my default shell the program runs without an issue, but not with bb set as the default shell. Can anybody else confirm this, or happen to know a work around?

AMD Phenom II X4 965 Processor 3.4 GHz

Confirmed on 19 Pro x64. Probably tied too tightly to Explorer.
