I just installed Blackbox for wiindows, And I am Use to my Taskbar at the top of the screen, Could someone help me out it looks just out of sorts for my taskbar to be at the bottom of the screen when I am so use to it on top. Thank you.

There are two ways to move the taskbar (it's called the toolbar) to the top of the screen. The first is to ctrl+right click on the toolbar and go Placement - Top Left/Top Center/Top Right. The other one is to ctril+left click on the toolbar and drag it anywhere around the desktop.
