I'm not familiar with some of the files but the style and 3dc simply go in the style directory, the font you install, and the bbnote.ini goes in your root directory.

 

The wallpaper you need to apply yourself as the style only uses a solid bg color.

 

Googling doesn't tell me anything about the xsf file or the other directories within though and I've never worked with them myself.

xsf file is a archive can open with Total Commander diehard.xsf contain a psd and a fon file for graphic editors

Still have no idea what the maximize and normal directories are used with, I can tell they are the true transparency frame bits but.. not sure where they go.
