hey I get this only with explorer windows, everything else is okay. I am running 64 bit windows 10.

I have tried to disable aero but cant seem to figure out how on windows 10.

I've managed to fix it using OldNewExplorer, but it does not effect microsoft paint and probably some other microsoft applications.
