I've been trying to get bbleanskin to work nicely with putty.

No matter what skin border/handle sizes and putty font combinations I try, I always end up with a black border on the bottom and sometimes right edge where the terminal window doesn't quite fit into the resized UI dressing.

Does anyone know of a good combination of (small) border and handle and a decently small font name & height for putty so that this wasted border can be removed?

bbZero introduced additional window "grips" with bbleanskin. I believe that may be what this border on the bottom is. Within your current bbstyle file, try to adjust these values:

window.grip.unfocus.borderWidth: 1

window.grip.focus.borderWidth: 1

window.handle.unfocus.borderWidth: 1

window.handle.focus.borderWidth: 1

window.frame.borderWidth: 1

I hope this provides you with the solution.
