Version three. Broke and fixed a few things again, hehe. Changelog+todo:
Switched to SystemBarEx (after 1.5 hours of being unable to apply any configs and then realizing that I should have pressed Restart instead of Reconfigure), now I can activate\close\minimize windows via left\middle\right click. I also assigned 2xLMB to send the window to next workspace and 2xRMB to open context menu.
1 pixel overlap between SystemBarEx and windows, gotta fix that.
After trying to use 3dcc my window menu bars are black and window titles are white (but since I've disabled display of window titles via bbLeanSkin it's only a problem with non-skinned titles).
bbFoomp's height doesn't match SystemBarEx's height and the letters are slightly misplaced. I can't see a way to fix it, but whatever.
Unfortunately. Blackbox doesn't seem to properly "treat" the titles of windows it doesn't know of, in other words, I can't see Waterfox's title and toolbar button if I launched it before launching Blackbox. It's not an issue, but it just doesn't look cool.
Also, configured Blackbox's menu. Lookin' good.

Good job, but this is not actually a screenie of a desktop, right? Perhaps you should post it elsewhere?
Actually, it is how my desktop looks, with Firefox instead of a "normal" wallpaper. If I wanted to post my wallpaper image I'd post it in the Wallpapers gallery.
Your desktop I am sure looks different without an open app. Not much desktop space seen here, so no way to guess how the menu etc. looks like...
