bbinterface is for me the most valuable BB plugin around, right after bbleanskin. However, it hasn’t been updated for the last 6 years (thanx to kazmix for the latest bbi-iTunes update, although kazmix is not using BB4Windows anymore, which means we probably won’t see anything new by him). So, this is my wish least for a new bbi version):

1) Migration to BBI of modern Blackbox builds options, like outline text.

2) Window Options/Style/Custom: Addition of new style commands like split- and mirror-verticals and horizontals.

3) Addition of Album Art in Winamp options, same as for iTunes.

4) Magic pink (transparency) for png files' background (for the time being, this works only for bmp files) AND for text and other elements, which could make bbi flawlessly work with transparent stuff.

5) Addition of CaptionWhenPressed (this should be rather easy)

6) Independent transparency for child elements in frames. Thus, the main frame may be transparent but its child elements not and vice versa.

7) Option to use bitmaps in sliders.

8) Addition of moving graphics (gif etc.) as illustration on elements.

If only the bblean folders were film-stripped as the rocketdock behaves, it would be unbeatable shell for ever  Fine if such thing could be optional for user to switch it on or off for any folder.

Pfooof, I spent about 30 minutes to detect the 'More reply options' is the only way for attachments   Ok, the tiny old version 1.1.3 (no installation needed) of RocketDock is used to show what I mean. When the mouse goes over an icon (could it be bblean panel or so-called folder), the pointed icon grows in size and its title appears. Such behavior is very comfortable to eyes when we use a set of little icons on a big screen.

Hmmm, bbi doesn't do mouse overs. You can only pick a larger icon AFTER you click on a button (or a smaller one). Sorry...

One trick I learned with bbIconBox pretty sure I use to do this with bbTaskSwitch as well that works nicely and looks quite good is setting it's rc configuration saturation to 255 and hue to 90 in bbIconBox's case you need to set that for each task since they are configured independantly as far as that is concerned. Basically as a result the icons you hover over get darkened up and really stand out especially with darker backround styles. You can adjust those two settings to taste, but those values work best for me personally. You also have tool tips on hover over which can be stylized. It would be good if bbIconBox's Icon sizes could set to increase on tooltip hover over the sizes are configurable anyway. To be able to easily adjust the tooltip size also be good as well. Really those are the only things that it doesn't have otherwise it can pretty much mimic RocketDock perfectly. One other thing I mentioned in another forums on bbIconBox that would be a good improvement in a future version is a toggle to show or hide the tooltip text for each icon without having to hover over them to see it to mimic windows desktop more accurately.
