Hello

Currently I have these items enabled in BlackboxBar: Tasks, Clock, Tray, WorkspaceLabel

I also have them in that order. What I would like to do is add some spacing between them, and preferably, center the clock.

The way it works now, is that the Tasks item will take as much space as it can and then push the other 3 together at the right side. If I disable tasks, they will all go to the left.

How can i align/justify these items?

This is how it looks now

right click on bb bar. In the menu go down and click edit setting. You will have access to the config file. In the the first few lines you will see the bar items  e.g. BlackboxBar.item: WorkspaceLabel... opt out whatever you want with ! or #

change the order however you would like by changing the order in the config.

then add a couple of this: BlackboxBar.item: Space between the clock item.

play with it man.

I have tried using the Space item, but it's width is only the with of the space character.

Is there a way to define the width of the space item?

Else I'll need hundreds of "BlackboxBar.item: Space" to center the clock

not that i know.

you have also the option of creating your own bar with bbinterface and bbiconbox/other plugins

or you could use the slit to load bbiconbox(tray and task), bbdigitalEx (it's a clock) and bbinterface {for the blank frame between the clock) to your personal taste and order.

As I said: play with it. Ain't much time left cause as this is going blackbox on windows is dying...  :(.

Have fun.
