Odd i just found this thread, but oh well.
@pitkon : I can think of 1000 diff things but i think "AHK Scripter" would fit best for that seems to be where most my contribution is on here as you all know WAY more about BB then me XD.

Since I just use bblean 1.17 64-bit on Windows 7, with a style I made about two years ago, you can call me "Calcified Dabbler." I'm always on the lookout for a clear successor, though!

I think it's hard do describe myself.
Sure, I'm a hobbyist. I also made a few themes, but not many. I'm just to inactive / lazy / whatever.
I'm more in searching for styles which fit me, but I'm never satisfied with what I've found, mostly because there is something hard to read. That's why I tend to modify them.
So I guess words to describe me would be "prosumer" or "modder".
... Or maybe I'm the mad scientist? Who knows...?!

OK, I think prosumer has a nice ring to it. Do you agree on calling you that?

Hello, I'm Raum!
I was active as a blackbox themer back in 2003-2005 if my memory is right. Here is an imgur album I made with some of my old themes.
When I made the move from Win XP to Win 7 64 bit I had severe issues getting blackbox to run, so I gave up on it at the time.
I was recently looking at pictures of my old blackbox themes and decided to check in on the latest builds to see if they can work with Windows 7 64 bit these days. Registered here so I could download the latest versions and try them out.
I'm really excited about getting back into theming. My style leans towards thin, minimal borders and gentle gradients. I like to use more neutral colors that let my windows sort of fade into the background and let me focus on my tasks.
I can upload my old BB themes and 3DCC themes but I'm not sure if they're even compatible with the latest versions. Guess I'll find out when I download it and try running it!

Welcome, Raum!
Your themes are wonderful, why don't you upload them all here? I am sure they are compatible.
And why don't you tell me what you would like to be known by - I mean in place of Newbie, which you are obviously not

I want to use blackbox because I have been using it since windows XP(atleast since I had windows XP last). I used to use XobLite and obviously bblean. For the longest time it seemed Karl was the only one mirroring plugins(or it was the most convenient I cant remember) I have loved blackbox since I tried it a very long time ago. I have used fluxbox on every time I installed linux on a personal pc (until I found ArchBang which uses openbox by default). I would also like to contribute to continuing the development of bb4win. I have programmed personal code but I have never worked on a project with others. I have also never done work as a programmer. I have used programming at my job just nothing complex. I love using bb4win variants because it makes me feel better about being forced to use windows at work especially when I dont need to remote into my linux servers.
You can make my title JoATMoN
