Anyone have any ideas how come this happens?

BBMuse for example works just fine with the same font, font-size and MacType loaded.
It also works if I set a different font, or PF Tempesta at anything above the proper size.

If I disable MacType and re-log, it (of course) looks normal again.

Have you tried adding a exclusion to the plugin's .dll on mactype? Add it under "[UnloadDll]". Not sure if that will work.

Nope, doesn't make a difference. It should be covered by the blackbox.exe entry though, shouldn't it?.
