I have bblean installed as the shell for all user accounts on my computer. However, they all draw from the same .rc settings. Is it possible to have the settings be different for different users? Ex. my main account would have a menu full of all the apps I need, but if I wanted an account for another family member I'd want their menu.rc to have their personal shortcuts instead. Likewise it'd be nice if I could change things like the size of the bblean bar only for specific users, so older family members could have a larger bar with a larger, more readable font, but I could keep my own bar small the way I like it. Things like that. Is it possible to do this, and if so, how?

Try a shell switcher like ShellOn. It allows for different user structures (Portraits) and you can log in under different nicks. Besides, it's always useful to have a shell switcher/manager that can be a parachute in crashes.
