I found it!
My partial solution is - Apwal ( avalible in AUR)
But there is the only leftclick command you can configure.
Standard button size - 48x48.

As a Linux user, the best way to go about it is to use a window manager that gives you the somehow the same functionality. Try to look for Fluxbox/Openbox window managers. For the best of my knowledge there is no plugin that can be found.

Bash + Dzen2
Bash for the underlying code and Dzen2 for drawing menus and displaying information.
I had good experiences using it with openbox (obkey for keybinds to certain scripts using Dzen2) Though you can just as easily use it with something like herbstluftwm (Which I have also done)
There are limitations, you won't be drawing things like linegraphs easily due to it simply not having support for that; however there is nothing stopping you from writing code to do so using its rect drawing functions it would just be.. tedious.
You can use conky if you want system monitoring functions + scripting support.

Thanks for the reply!
But Dzen2 can only display the information and can't be clickable without any bar (like a bar in herbstluftwm).
I just hate any taskbar/dockbar and I need just small graphic square with configurable buttons that I can bind on Winkey.
But unlike root-menu in openbox or any standard menu.
Something like Windrose

There is no BBInterface equivalent for Linux, sorry.
That's one of the things that make BB for Windows so special.

None of them can imitate BBInterface.
