there ya go, finally got youtube to accept the damn video.

So, for you visual learners, i decided to go ahead and make this video showing how to make a basic system monitor in BBinterface

Note:

Ctrl+Right-Click to access the BBInterface menu.

Alt+Left-Click(Drag) to resize a control.

No question about the info, it's great. But I was referring to some audio (voice instructions) for the tutorial. It would be much easier this way, especially when you use the pointer and the ctrl-alt buttons to move or change size to the elements.
