This is a uTorrent issue, not Blackbox'.
However, it MAY help in the future if you opened extensions.rc with a text editor like Notepad and looked for the line

I have done research on this issue on both uTorrent side & XYplorer side. It seems that uTorrent directly calls for explorer. Maybe my logic is flawed but i thought that since bb is replacement for explorer shell it would somewhere have option to make programs call to other file manager. Oh and changing that option didn't helped :/
BB replaces Explorer as shell, not as file browser. Most apps acknowledge Explorer as the native Windows' file browser, so they call it up.
Didn't expect that option to help uTorrent, but it may prove useful in the future for the reasons I explained.

And i guess completely blocking or disabling (renaming) explorer.exe wouldn't be a solution. Explorer is still needed for control panel and similar stuff and there isn't replacement for that....
Like it or not (mostly not ) you can't rename or delete explorer. The system would crash, since Explorer is the heart of Windows...

i concur, the heart of windows are ntoskernel.exe and ntdll.dll
explorer.exe can be deleted or replaced (by wine's explorer for instance) - it's just a pain in the ass to get everything relying on explorer.exe being present and behaving in a certain way to work as expected.
i miss the good old win98 days, when removing explorer was no problem

There are explorer replacements that support replacing the windows explorer for filesystem folders. I think Xplorer2 is one. Explorer++ is another. The latter can be enabled and disabled in its options.
