Hi!

I finaly decided to try blackbox.

I would like to transforom my desktop to look like this :

Im not rly interested in modding, only after the visuals. I like to keep things clean and simple.

Well it's pretty doable, just grab a style and flatten it a bit (remove gradients, borders and so on), if you take a look to the style syntax you'll see it's quite simple.

 

Usually bbStyleMaker is included too in the various builds and is of great help in the beginning because you can experiment a bit in real time, later you'll find that you can have a better control of things just by using a good text editor.

 

As for the rest I guess you can disable all the plugins exept for Blackboxbar and bbLeanSkin to obtain a setup like the one in that screenshot.

Im running windows 64 bit.

from what i can see the visual style is exon + blackbox zero.

Also what to do about the browser css?

I've been actually customizing my desktop for sometime... example but I cant figure blackbox out... :feels dumb: cant even run any ~taskbar like plugin

 

anybody willing to give me their part of the soul?

Why share? BBZero comes with all basic settings and plugins you need and later you can change it to whatever.

well the thing is I cant set it up as on the screen and I request It from you guys... unfortunatelly all I can give you back is big thank you and my contribution in the forum

The most basic way to do it is edit any style you already have, adding at the top the lines *color black *textcolor white. Do this first and we'll take it from there. Don't forget to post a screenshot of the new style, so we can see what more has to be done.
