I recently installed a blackbox build and I noticed that when using it as the default shell, IME switching does not work. The way I've worked around this is by running explorer for when I need to switch input methods. How would I go about being able to switch Input methods without having explorer open?
Edit: I have been too used to windows 8 that I've forgotten that older windows have another keyboard shortcut for switching input that carried over to 8. I've been using win+space to change my input but alt+shift works just as well albeit without any indication (unless the label %K is added to your clock).mini tut for others
Thank you pitkon for trying to help. You probably would have told me the same thing
